Letter from the Editor: Check out a small studio
Think small if you are building big.
We are a small studio; an identity-driven design studio, nimble by nature, quick-witted, and just what every startup needs. Using our trademarked identity architecture framework we uncover authentic perspectives that foster design systems and experiences.
We understand the transient dynamics of today’s startup landscape (after all, we are a small studio). So, we can meet insane deadlines and build with you at the speed of your imagination.
It’s the little things that count, start small.
Coffee chats with someone you admire, look up to, or simply want to meat can be new and exciting. This week’s startup, It’s On Meet, creates connections over a pipin-hot cup of coffee ☕.
⚾ The Elevator Pitch
Buying someone a drink is the oldest, most effective way to say: “I admire your work, like you, or are interested in meeting you.” It is especially effective when it comes to reaching out to people who are generally busy or inaccessible.
It’s On Meet is challenging the paradigm of how people currently socialize. Through their app, users can choose who they want to meet by accepting a drink. It’s like a combination of Buy Me a Coffee and other social apps such as Linkedin or Hinge.

🔍 Why we like it
☕ Who doesn’t like a pipin-hot cup of joe?
And if coffee’s not your cup of tea, who doesn’t love receiving a free drink? It’s On Meet taps into people’s love of beverages to make meaningful connections. It’s a perfect community to bring together people that have skills and experience to share and people looking for mentorship and guidance.
💸 The rise of freemium social apps
The realm of social media is going through an awakening as more and more platforms introduce paid premium subscriptions with unique perks. There is Linkedin Premium and Hinge Premium, and more recently, Twitter Blue. It’s On Meet likewise prove there is more value to connections than one may think.
🥳 Simple way to snag a convo with hard-to-get people
It can be difficult at times setting up a conversation with the people you admire or look up to. Buying them a coffee shows that you mean business and sets you apart from the crowd.
